What you actually pay

Published Virtual Office pricing is KES 8,000 per month on annual billing (KES 96,000 paid for the year, with no security deposit under current terms) or KES 10,000 per month on a rolling monthly term plus a one-month deposit of KES 10,000. That is not the Business Address plan. Business Address is the cheaper statutory-address product: KES 3,500 per month annual or KES 5,000 monthly with a two-month deposit. Virtual Office is the all-in-one presence plan: address plus scanning plus greeting plus meeting hours.

Older marketing copy on the internet still quotes “from KES 3,500” as if that were Virtual Office. It is not. KES 3,500 is Business Address. If you need scans and a front desk that can host a visitor, budget for Virtual Office. If you only need a registered office and hold-for-collection mail, Business Address is the honest SKU.

There is no separate setup fee on the published plans. KYC and a signed agreement are still mandatory. Deposits on monthly terms are refundable after a clean exit under the master terms, typically within 30 days, less unpaid fees. Annual clients prepay twelve months. Day passes and rooms are prepaid per booking and follow daily booking terms.
